Greg Giangiordano is the SVP & General Counsel of Anaplan where he drives the company’s global legal strategy and manages the company’s legal functions, including compliance and privacy. Under his leadership, Anaplan’s legal team supports the company’s revenue generation function, M&A strategy, oversees corporate governance, and champions our employees to act with integrity and operate at the highest ethical standard.

Prior to Anaplan, Greg served nearly 20 years as SVP and General Counsel at Infor, a Koch Industries company and global leader in industry-specific business cloud software solutions. There, he oversaw all legal affairs, including advising senior management and the Board of Directors; managing compliance, data privacy functions, dispute resolutions, and litigation; protecting intellectual property; and overseeing various financings and acquisitions. Greg holds a Juris Doctor from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from LaSalle University. Immediately following law school, Greg clerked for the Honorable James McGirr Kelly, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
