Dayne Turbitt is Managing Director, EMEA. Prior to Anaplan, Dayne spent twelve years at Dell Technologies, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the UK. Prior to joining Dell Technologies, Dayne held several leadership roles at BMC and PTC, operating in many different countries and across many cultures. He was also the founder and CEO of a software distribution company in Johannesburg. Whilst in many regards Dayne is a citizen of the world, he retains his South African cultural heritage, and is a passionate follower of cricket and rugby.

Dayne has been an active promoter of several charity programs and campaigns to inspire young people to study STEM and to further strengthen the culture of diversity and inclusion. He is also committed to stimulating entrepreneurship and has led several strategic partnerships with start-up accelerators across the UK, to help entrepreneurs to grow and scale their businesses. Dayne holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cape Town and lives in London with his wife and four children.
